We have learned about abundance, often that it is purely material, that it is quantified in the money we own, the professional success, the car we have, the house we live in, the food we put on the table, the trips we make , etc. In other words, we tend to understand it as material and to look fervently outside. We all like to live abundantly, but it often happens to have it and not to recognize it, not to be grateful for what surrounds us, to be thinking more, always wanting more.

But abundance is not material, or is not only material. Abundance is spiritual, it is an energetic state. And material abundance is just a consequence of what lies within us.

There's nothing out there. There's nothing out there, it's all inside. Or what is on the outside is the reflection of what is inside. The world we see is the one that we create, the result of our thoughts and our beliefs, is the consequence of our inner state of spiritual abundance. So if you do not have enough money, maybe there is an inner blockage, a belief, thoughts that create this reality. If you do not have happy relationships, you find the cause inward, if you do not have professional success, perhaps your thoughts do not allow you to have. And if you do not see the abundance in your life at all, you probably do not see it inside.

In fact, the palpable results you have in life are only some consequences, some landmarks that help you see what's inside. I mean, you can always look at what you have, to see what you are. Because life is about being and then about having. I know, you may have been used to running for things or successes, hoping and thinking that when you get them, you'll be happy.
Now I want you to look at this process, conversely. Think you can have them all being happy first.
First you are and then you have. What do you have? Exactly what resonates with your condition.

So do not worry about money and material prosperity. Your job is to take care of your state, who you are, of your thoughts. Your job is to fill yourself in every moment with love and give up to seeing you weak. Forgive and give up judgments. Receive all that comes, and give up again. Be generous and give up fear.

Always remember that the Universe will give you exactly what you are asking for it, better say what resonates with your inner state. The world you see is the one you create. And if you create it, if you're the only one responsible for it, you can change it.

The subconscious is somewhere deep below the surface level of thoughts. It is the memory store where all our knowledge gathers. Thoughts are born in the conscious, rational, logical mind. Maintained and manifested strongly fall into the subconscious that then are transformed into reality without being analyzed. The rational mind analyzes, the subconscious does not. It takes everything you give it.

The good news is that if we know how to use our subconscious, it can help us in any situation. Because it has all the knowledge gained from the beginning of creation to the present moment. Through a process of slow and systematic suggestion, we can access this infinite reserve.

What do you have to do?

è Write in a notebook that you want the subconscious to make for you and work with each idea in part.
è Every morning, when you wake up and every night before bedtime, ask your subconscious to bring into your reality the solution to your "problem." Impress your consciousness at the same time with positive messages about this "problem."
An important message that I convey to my subconscious is the following: I have everything I need to live my life here on earth as I wish!

Remember: The subconscious is connected to Infinite Intelligence and whatever your "problem" is, it will find a solution to solve it.



BECAUSE I DESERVE IT!

The I deserve it awareness - is, in my opinion, one of the most important.

You deserve all that life has best to offer you!

You deserve to fulfill your dreams!

You deserve to be who you really are!

You deserve TO CHOOSE!

To really feel its power - it is necessary to forgive yourself, freeing yourself from all the judgments issued at your address. Nothing is right, nothing is wrong, it's all a choice. And when your choice does not create what you want, change it and leave your experience behind.

Judgments are issued by the rational mind, which is limited and works from comparisons. What is your truth? What have you heard from others? What have others lived and taught you? No, in any case, because you do not know what the choices they made. You're judging when you use the comparison. But do not forget, every person is unique and makes personal choices that lead him to that experience.

To fully forgive you, it is very important to get out of judgment and comparisons.

Assume your responsibility for your life, past, present and future, knowing that everything is what you choose and why you choose at the moment. All the past choices have brought you where you are today and have continually improved your ability to make better and better choices.

We were created and came here on Earth to accomplish a particular purpose. It is necessary to be aware of it and to feel it every day.

NOT EVERYTHING YOU WANT IS NECESSARY, YET WHAT YOU CHOOSE  CREATES SOMETHING!

There is a big difference between what we want and what we really need.

In life, it is more important to want wisdom and discernment, instead of wanting things. By taking the two of them, you will find that you will be able to make portable choices for you, and you will not make hasty decisions that ultimately lead you to inevitably say to yourself: If that's what I wanted, that's what I received.

Ask for wisdom and discernment to know what is really necessary for you and you will get it with ease and relaxation.



THERE ARE NO MISTAKES!

What we often call mistakes is the result of a choice made at a given time, depending on the resources that were then available to us.

If today, looking behind you, make other choices, it just happens because then you chose in a way that led you to a transforming experience. Evolution is based on experience, and it is only generated by the choices we make.

Even if you do not make choices is a choice because in this case someone else will always choose for you: life, parents, partner, bosses, etc.

LEAVE THE PAST IN THE...PAST!

Thinking about the past and living IT today is a form of suicide.

The past is past ... It has been consumed, can not be changed. Perception of what happened then, yes. All the events, injustices, traumas, impotence, disappointments in the past are just in your mind. Every time you shake the past you consume your energy as if you were trying to resuscitate a dead man. The present is just a circle from which you can not get out, you have no energy. This is how the BLOCKAGES are born.

Remember: your power is now, in the moment. Here you make choices and you have the power to create your future. The past has done its job ... helped you get here and decide!

And do not forget: the most important day in your life is today, not yesterday or tomorrow!



STOP WORRYING!

When you worry YOU GET ANXIOUS and you no longer have access to resources. Your brain does everything it can to help you survive. All energy is consumed to keep organs alive. Being worried does not change things, but on the contrary it prevents you from being discerning and managing that situation.

When you worry, you do nothing but get in the way of life, and eventually make yourself sick. When choosing to live without worry, you swim quietly and joyfully through the ocean of life, seeing how your life is changing for better and better.



NO ONE COMES IN YOUR LIFE WITHOUT PURPOSE!

No one comes to you accidentally. No one, whether we are talking about nice people or the less pleasant ones. Every man sends you a message, every man shows you something you do not want to see or want or accept. Every man who comes to you is a blessing in disguise. When we are deeply aware of this, we leave the position of the victim definitively.

Personally, when I draw to me such people, I ask myself:

What is it in me that this person reflects, that I do not want to see?
What is it in me that this person reflects, that I do not want to accept?
What do I not see for myself and he shows me?


LIVE WITHOUT BEING GREEDY!

Nothing blocks the abundance and prosperity in the life of a man, as envy and greed do. These two emotions disconnect you from infinite abundance because in your rational mind, the predominant thought is that you do not have. Through envy and greed, you are reinforcing your belief that there is not enough for you. But to have, you also need to know what you really want, feel like you deserve it and do something about it.

STOP THE ROUTINE!

Do you live on the automatic pilot? How long do you relax? What are you doing for you?

To live a balanced life, you need to create oases of peace, stop your daily routine, calm your mind and recharge your batteries.

The joy and enthusiasm of life is lost when you live as a robot. Find time and retire in the silence of your soul, talk to your body and listen to what it has to say. Meditate at least 15 minutes daily, withdrawing imaginatively on an island or on top of a mountain. Spend time in nature whenever you have the opportunity because nature gives us the most beautiful show about miracle and creation.

YOU CAN NOT PLEASE THEM ALL!

Be Aware that no matter how careful you are to the needs of others, no matter how conscientious we may be, we will always find someone to misunderstand our actions and behaviors. When you live your life trying to please everyone you will not have the opportunity to experience who you really are.

Live your life acting as you know best and let yourself be just the way you are. Go ahead doing what you know best, knowing that you can not please everyone, and those who will criticize you, bless them and release them.

LIVE WITH JOY AND LOVE ALL THAT IS!

When you do something, you get from that exactly what you invested in it. Get used to doing everything you choose to do with joy and excitement. When you put your soul in what you do, when you enjoy doing it, and when you are thankful you can do it, the whole universe will help you in your approach, and people will feel these energies. What do I want?

Happiness is, apparently, the goal of all goals - yet, most people seek happiness in the wrong place. Ask people what they want, and after they answear, keep asking why, until you hear the essential answer: "Because I want to be happy." All of them believe that if they get that, then they will be happy.

Speaking in this way with people, I started to put this problem in the following way:

Why not make happiness our priority? Why seek happiness by other means, second hand?

So I found something even more interesting. If we happily accomplish our priority goal - and not a secondary one - then we get anything else we want easier.

Many spiritual traditions say that if you first head for higher spiritual purposes, all others will come by themselves.

If you lost contact with the inner source, if your happiness is always generated by external circumstances, then you are at the discretion of each situation or every stranger you meet. This kind of happiness is always fragile.

Happiness is a state of consciousness that already exists in us - but often hidden by all sorts of elements that distract us. Just as a beautiful sunrise can be hidden behind clouds, so our inner happiness is shadowed by our daily worries.

 Our social conditioning and an inhibited awakening state prevent us from looking for this Kingdom of Heaven, concealed in the depth of our heart. We can, however, learn to rise above the conditioning clouds and rediscover the source of happiness within our deepest. And after we have discovered this happiness, wonderful, miraculous things will happen. Expression of happiness brings with it a sense of connection with the creative power of the universe. If we establish this connection, we will feel that nothing can stop us from doing whatever we want.



When our life is an expression of the state of inner happiness, we discover in ourselves a huge source of power. This power frees us from fear and limitations and allows us to make all the prosperity to which we aspire to become real. But even more important is that this power will nourish all the relationships we have, turning them into real fulfillment grounds. We discover that we become a ray of light and love and even our mere presence is nourishing to everything that surrounds us. People are urged to support our desires, and nature naturally becomes receptive to our intentions.
The longer we live in the state of happiness, the more we live the spontaneous fulfillment of desires in the form of synchronicity and meaningful coincidences. 

This state has been called, in many spiritual traditions, grace. Having the experience of grace is to be in the right place at the right time, to be supported by the laws of nature, or, in short, to be lucky.

Although happiness is the goal of all other goals, what we really want is to penetrate the mystery of our own existence. Until we do this, no matter how many desires we are fulfilled, we remain somewhat dissatisfied, for an inner voice does not give us peace.
This voice asks:

Who am I?

Where do I come from?

What is the meaning and purpose of my existence?

Where will I go when I die?

There can not be a more important mission in life than to relate to our inner self, the origin of the whole being. The deepest self of each of us is the Self of the whole Universe, and it is also the source of healing and transformation.
